Principal Consultant

​Troy Jenkins, the Principal Consultant of Jenkins Environmental Consulting, LLC, is a council-certified Indoor Environmental Consultant, a Texas Department of State licensed Individual Asbestos Consultant and a TDLR licensed Mold Assessment Consultant. Mr. Jenkins is responsible for overall project management, job execution, and quality control. He is also responsible for directing staff and resources to complete environmental projects on time and on budget. Mr. Jenkins has over 30 years of experience directly related to the services performed by JEC.

Lauren Jenkins, MAT, LRA, AMT/PM

Project Manager

Lauren Jenkins joined Jenkins Environmental Consulting, LLC in 2022. Lauren is a Texas Department of State Health Services licensed Asbestos Inspector, a licensed Mold Assessment Technician, and a certified Lead Risk Assessor. She is responsible for conducting field investigations, sampling, and project coordination across a range of services including asbestos inspections and air monitoring, mold investigations, and indoor air quality assessments. Lauren continues to expand her expertise across a broad range of indoor environmental consulting services.

Project Manager

Claire joined Jenkins Environmental Consulting, LLC in 2025. She is a Texas Department of State Health Services licensed Asbestos Inspector and a licensed Mold Assessment Technician. Claire is responsible for conducting field investigations, project coordination, and oversight from initial assessment through completion, ensuring efficiency and compliance at every stage. She brings technical expertise and a thorough, detail-oriented approach to each project she takes on.
